How Far in Advance is ok to book the Appt.?
I prefer 2 days in advance to have time to verify your references, or as far as 1 week... I Really don't like to book Appointments 2 weeks, 1 month or 2 months in advance, because people that book that far in advance usually cancel (and most of the time, they cancel with a short notice) for this reason, if you want to book an appointment in Vegas far in advance, it will be available, but only if you pay a deposit (the deposit will be 50 dollars per hour booked, to be paid by Paypal, at the time of booking)... If you book a week in advance or with less time, you don't need to pay a deposit...
